1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Heritage Hardware, we take pride in delivering high-quality copper bathtubs, sinks, and cookware. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our shipping procedures, timelines, and costs.
2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and select international destinations. If you are outside the UK and interested in placing an order, please contact us at Sales@heritagehardware.co.uk for availability and shipping rates.
3. PROCESSING & CUSTOM ORDER TIMELINES
- All our products are finished to order and are shipped from India, requiring a standard lead time of 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.
- For custom orders, the timeline will be as agreed at the time of ordering.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
4. SHIPPING TIMES & RATES
Shipping times vary depending on the delivery location and shipping method selected at checkout.
UK Orders:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after dispatch
International Orders:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days after dispatch (varies by destination)
- Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
5. TRACKING & DELIVERY
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
- If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact us at Sales@heritagehardware.co.uk.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs regulations vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
- If an order is held by customs, delays may occur beyond our control.
7. DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING ITEMS
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at Sales@heritagehardware.co.uk.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
For lost or missing items, please check your tracking details first. If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact the shipping carrier or our team for assistance.
8. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
- If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
