Heritage Hardware Return Policy

At Heritage Hardware, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted copper bathtubs, sinks, and cookware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition as received
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at Sales@heritagehardware.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fees apply.
  • We do not have final sale items—all eligible items can be returned within 30 days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Items that have been used or installed

If you have questions regarding a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original purchase. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without justification. The item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
